I have a cousin who just built a house on a lake and included a room like this and one bathroom with all the walls like this. The wood he used was from the old family barn (that had been on his family property for generations). The room has a vaulted ceiling and he used the hay hook (not sure what it's really called) as a light fixture. In the dining room he has a wagon wheel chandiler.
